I found this while walking home today, can't decide what to make of it. I hope it's like this because someone no longer needs it. What do you think?

    Just realised that it is broken. Not exactly hidden, but left so no-one trips over them. I reckon they were clutching the broken bits together and then put them down carefully. Was it rubbish day? Am I putting too much thought into this?
